HOW TO PLAY: To participate, please refer to the Grey Cup Festival contest post and fill out all of the information required at www.mosaicincanada.com/contest.
CONTEST CLOSE DATE: November 18th, 2022 at 9:00am (Saskatchewan time).
PRIZES: A total of 6 winners will be selected: two winners on each Friday from November 4 – 18, 2022. Each winner will receive one Premium Grey Cup Festival Ticket Package, which is comprised of four tickets to Sunday’s Championship Game (not permitted for resale) and one $100 gift card to the Rider Store (physical location).
The approximate value of each Premium Grey Cup Festival Ticket Package is $1200.
DRAWS: A random draw will take place at 9:00 AM (Saskatchewan time) on each of the following dates: November 4, November 11, and November 18, 2022. All entries received before 9:00 AM on the applicable draw date will be included in the draw. Each person is allowed a maximum of one entry. Two entrants will be selected on each draw date as winners of a Premium Grey Cup Festival Ticket Package.
AWARDING OF PRIZES: The selected entrant(s) will be contacted via email (from public.affairs@mosaicco.com) or by phone within 24 hours after the applicable draw. Up to two attempts will be made to contact each selected entrant. If a selected entrant is unable to be contacted after two attempts, within 24 hours, he or she forfeits the prize and another entrant may, at the sole discretion of Mosaic, be selected by way of random draw from remaining entrants. Selected entrants will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question in order to receive a prize.
ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to any resident of Canada, excluding Quebec, over the age of 19.
GENERAL: Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, and re-selling of tickets for Sunday’s Championship Game is not permitted. Mosaic may publish the names of contest winners and may uses images and/or video of contest winners, in print or online, for promotional or advertisement purposes. By participating in this contest, all participants declare that they have read, understood and complied with the contest rules, consent to the use of their name, biographical information and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, agree to abide by all decisions by the Mosaic (which are final), and agree to release and hold harmless Mosaic, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability in connection with participating in this contest and/or any prize awarded. If applicable, the prize winner and companion(s) are responsible for presenting a valid driver’s license and will be responsible for all expenses not specifically described as being part of the prize. Each winner is responsible for complying with all provincial and federal regulations and/or requirements in connection with the awarded prize. The contest sponsor is Mosaic Canada ULC, 1700 – 2010 12th Ave, Regina, SK, S4P 0M3. In these Contest Rules, "Mosaic" means Mosaic Canada ULC.
ERRORS/AMENDMENTS: Mosaic is not responsible for errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to, errors in the advertising, the contest rules, the selection and announcement of the winners or the distribution of any prize. Mosaic may amend these Contest Rules, or cancel the contest entirely, at any time in its sole discretion without notice to contest participants.
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS: The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal, and local laws. This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and any disputes related to this contest or its administration shall be adjudicated by the Courts of the Province of Saskatchewan.
