Our History

Our history tells the story of dedicated employees with a drive and passion for innovation and excellence. For the past 50 years, Mosaic has been an integral part of the fabric of Saskatchewan. Formed in 2004, The Mosaic Company is a recognized innovator in our field; this status owes much to the combined strengths of the crop nutrition business of Cargill, Inc. and IMC Global Inc., our legacy companies.

K3 is expected to be the largest, most competitive underground potash mine in the world.
